New Patient Center – Nutrition

Congratulations on taking the first step to creating better health for yourself!

Nutrition is a vital part of our well-being, and knowing exactly what is best for you will carry you through to long term wellness.

Initial Visit

The initial visit is a one-hour long appointment with the nutritionist to look over your paperwork to get acquainted with your history, symptoms and goals. This is a good time for the patient to ask questions and become familiar with Nutrition Testing. The remainder of the appointment will be the actual testing itself to determine your health status, and the appropriate whole food supplements to aid in your recovery.

The nutritionist will then gather all information and compile this into a report for your second appointment, called “Report of Findings”.

On your second appointment, you and the nutritionist will go over the findings of the initial visit in detail, which includes any stressors found in the body, nutritional deficiencies, the accompanying supplements, and the protocol to help improve your health. Typically, this appointment lasts 30-45 minutes.

The Protocol

A typical protocol is 12 visits, which can cover a period of 5-6 months, to slowly change physiology of the body, as well as slowly introduce new habits. These visits are 30 minutes in length. The patient is seen at least every other week to test the efficiency of the supplements that are remedying your health issues, to talk about nutrition and discuss any challenges you may be experiencing. Your protocol may be modified by the nutritionist, depending on results, and the commitment of the patient to the protocol.
